Welcome to Get Cargo Containers. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and legal agreements for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing or buying a shipping container from us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Introduction

By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website, storefront, or freight services.

2. Product Conditions and Industry Grades

Get Cargo Containers sells both new and used industrial equipment.

  • Descriptions: We provide honest descriptions based on standard industry grades (such as One-Trip, Wind and Watertight, and Cargo Worthy).

  • Used Units: Customers acknowledge that used containers will feature varying degrees of surface rust, patches, dents, and paint color variations. These are normal cosmetic characteristics of used marine containers and do not impact the structural integrity or the "Wind and Watertight" guarantee.

  • Availability: All inventory is subject to real-time availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if a specific container grade becomes unavailable at our depot.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment is required securely at checkout to reserve inventory and schedule transport logistics with our carriers.

  • Pricing Errors: While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, if a typographical error occurs, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item and issue an immediate full refund.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated transparently at checkout based on your exact delivery destination within the United States.

4. Freight Delivery and Site Access

The transport and drop-off of a shipping container is a heavy commercial logistics process.

  • Access Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery address can safely accommodate a large commercial truck (such as a tilt-bed or flatbed truck).

  • Ground Conditions: The unloading site must be level, firm, and completely dry. Get Cargo Containers and its third-party drivers are not responsible for trucks getting stuck, or for any structural damage caused to soft ground, unreinforced asphalt, driveways, lawns, or underground utilities if the customer directs the driver onto those surfaces.

  • Failed Delivery Fees: If a delivery cannot be safely completed because the site is physically inaccessible, unsafe, or unprepared, the customer may be held responsible for actual redelivery or dry-run transport fees charged by the carrier.

5. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

The risk of structural loss or damage to the container passes completely to the customer the moment the unit is physically unloaded at the specified delivery address. Legal title (ownership) of the goods passes to the customer only after full payment has been successfully cleared and physical delivery is completed.

6. Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full, immediate refund at any time before the container has been dispatched from our yard. If the transport vehicle is already in transit to your site, the order cannot be canceled and must be treated as a standard return under our 30-Day Return Policy.

  • Modifications: Changes to an existing order (such as changing the container size, grade, or delivery address) must be requested before dispatch and may result in price adjustments or logistics delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

Get Cargo Containers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of items stored inside the container, personal property damage, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the container in question.

8. Website Usage Restrictions

Unless explicitly authorized, you must not republish, sell, rent, duplicate, or exploit any material, text, or imagery from this website for commercial purposes. You agree not to use this website in any way that causes damage, disruption, or compromises the security of our storefront.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal disputes or claims relating to these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Florida.
