  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returned items.

  • Free Returns: If you decide to return your container within the 30-day window, we will arrange for the pickup and transport of the unit at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The container must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • No modifications (such as cutting, painting, or electrical work) should have been performed on the unit.

  • The container must be empty, clean, and accessible for our delivery truck to pick up.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once the container has been picked up and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund.

  • You will receive your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your container arrives with structural damage not disclosed at the time of sale, or if the wrong grade of container was delivered, please contact us immediately. In these instances, we will prioritize a swap for the correct unit or a prompt full refund.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our facility for a full and immediate refund. If the container is already in transit, please follow the standard return process outlined above.
