Get Cargo Containers sells both new and used equipment.

  • Descriptions: We provide descriptions and grades (e.g., One-Trip, Wind and Watertight, Cargo Worthy). These represent industry standards.

  • Used Units: Customers acknowledge that used containers may have surface rust, dents, and variations in color. These are aesthetic in nature and do not affect the structural integrity of the "Wind and Watertight" guarantee.

  • Inventory: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of order to secure inventory and schedule logistics.

  • Pricing Accuracy: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.

  • Taxes: Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, which will be calculated based on the delivery destination within the United States.

4. Delivery and Site Access

The delivery of a shipping container is a heavy industrial process.

  • Access Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible for a large truck (tilt-bed or flatbed).

  • Ground Conditions: The site must be level and firm. Get Cargo Containers is not responsible for trucks getting stuck or damage caused to soft ground, driveways, or underground utilities if the customer directs the driver onto such surfaces.

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible or unsafe, the customer may be charged a redelivery fee or a return transport fee.

5. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Risk of loss or damage to the container passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. Title (ownership) of the goods passes to the customer only after full payment has been received and delivery is completed.

6. Cancellation and Modification

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the container has been dispatched from our yard.

  • Modifications: Changes to an order (size, grade, or delivery address) may result in price adjustments or delivery delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Cargo Containers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, storage items, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the container in question.
