We sell both new ("One-Trip") and used cargo containers.
Used Containers: Please note that used containers will have varying degrees of surface rust, dents, and scratches. We ensure all containers sold as "Wind and Watertight" (WWT) meet those specific structural standards.
Photos: Images on our website are representative of the container grades. Unless specifically stated as the "actual unit," the container delivered will be a similar unit of the same grade and dimensions.
3. Customer Responsibilities for Delivery
Buying a container involves heavy logistics. By purchasing, you agree to:
Site Preparation: Ensure the delivery site is level, dry, and capable of supporting a heavy truck and container.
Access: Ensure there is sufficient clearance for a tilt-bed or low-boy trailer to enter and exit. If a delivery cannot be completed due to site obstructions, additional redelivery fees may apply.
4. Order Confirmation and Communication
Verification: After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Contact: You agree to provide a valid phone number so our logistics team can coordinate delivery. Failure to respond to delivery scheduling may result in delays.
5. Compliance with Local Laws
It is the customer's responsibility to check local zoning laws, HOA regulations, and permit requirements before purchasing a container for storage or modification. Get Cargo Containers is not responsible for any fines or removal orders issued by local authorities.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Get Cargo Containers is not liable for any damage to property (such as driveways, lawns, or underground utilities) that may occur during the delivery process if the site was not properly prepared or if the customer directed the driver to an unstable area.
7. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify these store policies at any time to remain compliant with federal regulations and Google Merchant Center guidelines. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
