1. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all container orders within our service area. There are no hidden delivery fees or surcharges at checkout.
2. Handling and Transit Time
Understanding when your container will arrive is crucial for your project planning. Our shipping timeline is divided into two parts:
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, site preparation coordination, and loading.
Transit Time: 15–18 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the duration it takes for the container to travel from our facility to your specified delivery address.
Please note that total delivery time is estimated at 16–20 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
3. Delivery Method and Site Requirements
Due to the size and weight of cargo containers, delivery is typically made via tilt-bed truck or specialized trailer.
Site Readiness: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible, level, and firm enough to support the weight of the truck and the container.
Clearance: Please ensure there is adequate overhead clearance (avoiding low-hanging branches or power lines) and enough space for the truck to maneuver.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and is scheduled for transit, we will provide you with a confirmation via email. Our logistics team or the assigned driver will contact you prior to arrival to coordinate the exact drop-off location at your site.
5. Delivery Area
Currently, we ship to locations within the United States. If your delivery address is in a remote area or has restricted access, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can facilitate a successful delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
While we take every precaution to ensure your container arrives in the condition described, please inspect the unit upon delivery. If there are significant discrepancies or issues not previously disclosed, please note them with the driver and contact us immediately.
7. Address Changes
We cannot change the delivery address once the container is in transit. Please verify that your shipping address is 100% accurate at the time of purchase.
