1. General Product Questions
What types of containers do you sell? We offer various sizes and grades, including 20ft and 40ft units. Our inventory ranges from "One-Trip" (new) containers to "Wind and Watertight" (WWT) used units.
What does "Wind and Watertight" mean? A WWT container is structurally sound, the doors seal properly, and there are no holes in the roof or walls. While used units may have surface rust or dents, they are guaranteed to keep your contents dry.
Can I choose the color of my container? For used units, colors are generally based on current inventory availability. If you have a specific color requirement for a "One-Trip" unit, please contact us prior to ordering to check our current stock.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Shipping on all container orders within our service area in the United States.
How long will it take to get my container? Our handling time is 1–2 business days, followed by a transit time of 15–18 business days. You can expect your container to arrive within approximately 16–20 business days.
How is the container delivered? We use specialized tilt-bed trucks. The driver backs into the spot, tilts the bed, and slides the container onto the ground.
What kind of space do I need for delivery? You generally need a straight line of at least 60 feet for a 20ft container and 100 feet for a 40ft container to allow the truck to pull away. The ground must be firm, level, and clear of overhead obstacles like power lines or low branches.
3. Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Is my payment secure? Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, and we process payments through secure gateways that comply with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full credit card details.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are free, and we do not charge restocking fees.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once the container is picked up and inspected, we process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Compliance & Legal
Do I need a permit for a shipping container? Permit requirements vary significantly by city and county. We strongly recommend checking with your local zoning office or HOA before purchasing to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Do you offer modifications? We currently focus on providing high-quality standard units. However, our containers are perfect for DIY modifications or professional conversion projects after delivery.
